Club Startup Kit

As an Affiliated or Charter Club, you may order products from the CMSA Merchandise website & pay for them after your match.  In other words, you may order balloons, ammo, buckles, timers, or other prizes and send the payment in with your match results.

The Startup Kit includes:

• A video showing the Colt Invitational filmed in Las Vegas during the NFR Rodeo. This video features 40 of the Top CMSA mounted shooters from across the United States plus 10 NFR Rodeo celebrities trying their hand at mounted shooting
• A VHS tape of Cowboy Mounted shooting techniques.

Things you need to know:

When your Affiliation or Charter is approved, you will receive a CD with everything you need to produce a mounted shooting event

CMSA Charter Clubs are covered by CMSA’s $1,000,000 general spectator liability insurance policy for $425.00 per year (includes affiliation fee). This coverage is offered through CMSA by The Equestrian Group & will be available to any Charter Club in the United States.

Affiliated Clubs must provide CMSA with a $1000,000 certificate of insurance naming CMSA as an additional insured and pay a $150.00 affiliation fee

An Affiliated/Charter Club may host twelve regular World Point Qualifying matches (WPQ) and one Grand American Championship (GAC), which is a double points WPQ.

Affiliated/Charter clubs agree to follow CMSA rules

Affiliated/Charter clubs must provide a schedule of match dates to CMSA which will be published on the CMSA website

CMSA will create each Affiliated/Charter Club its own contact information Web page

CMSA yearly Affiliation/Charter certificate fee is $150.00
